Went for a 4 mile run this lunchtime, along Londons South Bank and the Victoria Embankment.... it was ridiculously cold! Was tempted to run further, up to Lambeth Bridge but the prospect of acute hypothermia prevented me from doing so.2nd Jan 2010:
Started the new year off with a brisk 5 mile run with my brother-in-law in Coventry
War Memorial Park (location suggested by my sis and brother-in-law with whom we spent the new year). If you're ever in the area make sure to visit, it's a fantastic place.
Felt surprisingly good given my 4 week lay off.
